ABOUT ME
I'm a Registered Social Worker and therapist based in the Dundas and Hamilton area of Ontario, specialising in women's mental health, burnout, identity, and neurodivergence — with a particular heart for the mothers and women who have spent a lifetime giving everything to everyone else.
I work with women, mothers, children, and families — bringing together clinical training and genuine lived experience, including my own late ADHD diagnosis and the journey of finding my way back to myself.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, which means I don't follow one rigid model. I work with you — your story, your nervous system, your pace. Drawing on CBT, Somatic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and inner child work, we find what fits.
I believe your sensitivity is not a flaw. I believe your muchness was never too much. And I believe that with the right support, you can stop surviving and start growing.
I offer individual therapy, walk & talk sessions, and group programmes for women — as well as therapy for children, adolescents, and families from a collaborative space in Hamilton.
